Terms
Test phase: lildizzy is currently in a test phase. No courses are sold online yet; we grant access individually. These terms apply to using lildizzy and to later purchases.
1. Provider and scope
The provider is Isaac Knapp (contact: see imprint). These terms apply to all contracts about courses on www.lildizzy.com. Other terms only apply if we agree to them in writing. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
2. What you get
A course (e.g. a level, the Basic Course or a special) consists of explanation videos, backing tracks and one-page sheet music that you play in your account in the browser. The content of a course you bought stays available to you; we may improve it or replace single pieces with equivalent ones. Videos and backing tracks can’t be downloaded; you can print the sheet music as a PDF for yourself.
3. Contract and account
Buying a course makes a contract for that course. We then create your account and send you a link to set your password. An account belongs to one learner; don’t share your sign-in details. For minors, a parent or guardian makes the purchase.
4. Prices and payment
The prices at the time of ordering apply, as final prices in euros. You pay once; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. We show the payment methods when you buy.
5. Access and devices
Your access to a course you bought stays open as long as the platform runs, and at least three years from the purchase. You can use lildizzy on two devices at the same time (phone, tablet or computer with a current browser). You can free a device slot in your settings; it then can’t be freed again for 30 days. If you lose a device, write to us and we’ll help.
6. Licence
You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the course content for your own practice, also in lessons with your teacher. Not allowed: passing content on, performing or publishing it, recording or downloading it (except the sheet music PDFs for yourself), sharing your account, or getting around the content protection. Videos and sheet music carry a watermark with your name and order number. For a serious breach we may block access.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
Your right of withdrawal is described under withdrawal. In addition, we voluntarily refund the full price if you tell us within 14 days of buying that the course isn’t for you.
8. Availability
We work to keep lildizzy running smoothly but can’t promise uninterrupted availability. We announce maintenance in advance where possible.
9. Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty for digital services applies (Austrian Consumer Warranty Act, VGG). We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and personal injury; we aren’t liable for slight negligence as far as the law allows. Liability towards consumers under mandatory law is not affected.
10. Law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers in the EU, the mandatory protections of their country of residence still apply. Consumers can be sued only at their place of residence.
