Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts on the day the contract is made. To withdraw, send us (Isaac Knapp, Karl Wiser Straße 6, 4020 Linz, email: [email protected]) a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model form below, but you don’t have to. Sending your statement before the period ends is enough.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used and without fees. Your access to the course ends with the withdrawal.

Early expiry

For digital content the right of withdrawal can end early if, when buying, you expressly agree that we start before the period ends and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 18(1)(11) FAGG). As long as the purchase doesn’t ask for this consent, your right of withdrawal stays in full for 14 days. Our voluntary 14-day refund under the terms applies in any case.
